From Africa to The Wisley

Meet Catherine, Davis, Joseph and Wandile, four greenkeepers who moved halfway around the world to pursue their careers in turf at The Wisley, an exclusive golf club in the UK.

Leaving behind their jobs and families in Kenya and Eswatini, they joined The Wisley after the Surrey club applied for a Sponsor Licence allowing them to recruit from abroad.

In this video we hear how all four have coped with the move, what they find challenging and how the experience is helping to shape their future ambitions.
