Young people have never had more or better opportunities to forge a career in the golf industry, according to Wendy O’Brien.

The Course Superintendent at Jurmala Golf Club in Riga, Latvia knows a thing or two about grasping chances when they come along.

By her own admission, she fell into the golf industry as a teenager, but having studied on the Ohio State Program, she has enjoyed a hugely successful and varied career, working at some of the most famous courses in the world, including Augusta National.

We recently caught up with Wendy to find out what advice she has for aspiring turf talent.
