Resurrection: one woman’s ‘remarkable’ turf team

When Laurie Bland was interviewed for the role of Golf Maintenance Manager at Miami Springs Golf Club, she took a tour of the course and couldn’t stop laughing.  The reason: a lack of grass.

But within two years, Laurie and her “remarkable” team had turned it around and revived the course.
