Bigwin Island Golf Club Superintendent Carol Turner says that the expectations of her members have gone up in recent years.

In ordinary circumstances, this might have led to an increase in the number of complaints or perceived problems with certain aspects of the golf course.

However, by sending regular communications to members and making herself available to answer questions, Turner is achieving high satisfaction levels as well as fostering a positive, two-way relationship with her customers.
